Scott Conover had to wait for over an hour to start the rain delayed AutoWorks of Ithaca Sportsmen-Modified feature at Thunder Mountain Speedway but once it got started Conover went right to the lead and never gave it up. Conover and Gary Card Jr. led the field to the green flag with Conover taking the early advantage. Card faded back to fourth place with Brian White and P.J Goodwin battling for second place. With Conover safely in the lead Goodwin slipped past White for second place on the sixth lap. Goodwin hung on to second until White returned the favor moving into second with three laps to go. At the checkers, it was Conover taking his first feature win of the season at the track. White finished second with Goodwin third, Card finished fourth and Kevin Jordan crossed the line fifth.
Don Reeves shot to the lead in the Hunt's Auto Service IMCA Modified main event. Lightning fast all night, Reeves opened up a big lead until a caution flag on lap 8 bunched the field for a restart. When racing resumed Mike Stoddard took the lead with Tom Eiklor in second as Reeves dropped quickly back to fourth place. Dave Barrows slipped past Eiklor for second but was unable to maintain the advantage as Eiklor regained the runner up spot on the 11th circuit. With two laps left, Eiklor drove past Stoddard to take the win. On the last lap, Gary Roberts went from fourth to second with Dave Barrows finishing third, Stoddard fourth and Don Reeves fifth.
Randy and Ricky Marsh made up the front row for the start of the Hunt's Auto Service Hurricane Street Stock feature. Jerry Lobdell slipped by early race leader Ricky Marsh on the second lap. Three caution periods over the next two laps shuffled the middle of the pack, but left Lobdell on point with Mike Wilbur Jr. running second and Mike Morse third. Morse passed Wilbur for second on the 8th lap using the outside groove and set his sights on the leader. Morse continued to pressure Lobdell when with three laps to go Morse made the pass for the lead down the front stretch. At the checkers it was Mike Morse taking his first feature win of the season, with Lobdell settling for second and Kurt Decker recovered from an early race tangle to finish third. Mike Wilbur Jr., finished fourth and Mike Wilbur. finished fifth.
Austin Welch took the early lead in the Road Bandit main event but only lasted for one lap as his partner in the front, Matt Tripp drove past on the second lap to take the lead. Tripp led the rest of the way in taking his first feature win of the season. Finishing in second was Ray Oakley with Jeremie Hale Sr., third, Nick Griest fourth and Dave Jenkins fifth.
Stan Wayman won the Road Warrior feature event which once again, was a battle of attrition. The race saw early leader Paul Lockwood head into the pits with five laps remaining. Current point leader Rick Frisco pulled into the infield earlier in the race with mechanical problems. Wayman picked up his first win of the season with Harold Walburn crossing the line second, Jessy Velez third and Tommy Velez fourth. Paul Lockwood was scored fifth despite being four laps down at the finish.
Tammy Welch picked up the inaugural feature win in the Pussycat division. Dawn Gigiluto finished second with Traci Tennant third Cammie Sack fourth and Jen White fifth.
