Racing action was halted on Saturday July 12th, when Mother Nature dropped an unexpected downpour that left the Brighton Speedway 1/3 mile clay oval in less than satisfactory racing condition. The Clintar Groundskeeping Services presentation of the SOS Sprints has had to be postponed until they revisit on August 9th for a double feature. For those fans that were in attendance, keep your admission tickets from the rain out on July 12th and they can be redeemed for for full admission either Friday, July 18th or Saturday, July 19th. The other option is to keep your ticket safe and redeem it for half price admission when the SOS are back for that double feature extravaganza on August 9th. The 50 / 50 MONEY from July 12th will be held over until Saturday, July 19th. With the rain coming as fast as it did, no ticket was pulled so the money raised will be added to the July 19th draw. To ensure that we have a winner in attendance, everyone will need to buy new tickets, those from July 12th will not be in the draw bucket.. Brighton Speedway Management appreciates your understanding, and looks forward to seeing everyone back at the track!! AND TO KEEP EVERYONE IN RACING MODE....
Come Rock with us! Wednesday, July 16th join us for a night of great rock music and exciting rock collecting, out on the 1/3 mile clay oval surface. The kids will have an opportunity to paint their biggest find and hot dogs and pop will be provided for all volunteers. Don't miss a night of easy racing comraderie and fun! Action begins at 5:00 pm
