RubbnRepair.com to Present 1st Annual Tennessee Stampede Champion

CAMARGO, IL(07-15-08) by Robert Cortum - Midwest All Star Series

The O’Reilly Midwest All Star Series will embark on their first ever visit to the Volunteer State this weekend, July 18th and 19th, and RubbnRepair.com has graciously decided to jump on board . The overall champion of the 2-day annual event will be crowned the Tennessee Stampede Champion presented by RubbnRepair.com and will receive a trophy designed by Duane Davis of Laser Engraving and an $800.00 bonus courtesy of Rubbn’Repair.

The event which already has seen future interest from many other tracks and supporters will celebrate it’s first event at the West Tennessee Motor Speedway on July 18th and then round out the weekend at the popular Thunderhill Raceway in Summertown, Tennessee on July 19th. Both facilities flaunt high-banked, high speed action that will test the driver’s abilities to hold the throttle wide open.

West Tennessee Motor Speedway, formerly Bargerton Speedway, is a high-banked, 3/8-mile, Red Clay track. Directions to the facility: I-40 to Exit 101, then south on Hwy. 104 towards Lexington . Go 3.8 miles just past the 11-mile marker on the right. Turn onto Sandridge-Bargerton Rd. , then go about 1/2 mile and the track will be on left.

Thunderhill Raceway, affectionately known and promoted as the “Family Track,” is also a high-banked facility which features ¼ mile racing around the inside and ½ mile excitement around the rim. Directions to the track: From US Highway 43, turn east at Alexander Springs Road . Turn Left onto North Military Road . The track is one mile down on the left side of the road.

Rubbn'Repair is a formable adhesive patch that mends holes and damage to bumpers, fenders, body panels, hoods and more. Heated to about 194 °F, the material becomes flexible and moldable to any repair surface. As it cools, it becomes rigid again and retains the new shape. At operating temperatures, the material is rigid and strong. Representatives from Rubbn’Repair will be hand on for demonstrations and to introduce themselves to the drivers.

As an added bonus, the top performing 360 c.i. from combined points on the event will recieve $500.00 courtesty of the promoters of the event. Drivers must announce that they are using a 360 c.i. motor at the time of pill draw.

Hotel support is courtesy of the Days Inn of Halladay, Tennessee. Please make early reservations to secure rooms by calling 731-847-2278. When making reservations, please note "All Star's" to receive the discounted group rate of $49.95 per night. Days Inn of Holladay, Tennessee is located just off Interstate 40 on Highway 69.
