Fonda Speedway has cancelled the racing program for Saturday, August 2. A press release regarding next Saturday’s racing program will be released when the program and its content are finalized.
On Tuesday August 5 one of if not the biggest racing programs of the season will take place at Fonda Speedway with a three division racing program consisting of the Modifieds, Sportsman, and 360 Sprint Cars.
The Modified feature will be a 60-lap $6000 to win Go Green NMX Fonda Thunder Series event. The Sportsman division will also be competing in an open event and the Empire Super Sprint (ESS) 360 Sprint cars will also be in action in the 5th Annual Earl Halaquist Memorial which was rained out back on May 31. Closing out the racing program will be a 360 Sprint Open which was rained out back on April 26 and then again on May 31.
The rain date for the Tuesday, August 5 racing program will be Wednesday, August 6. Starting time on Tuesday, August 5 will be 7:00 p.m. which will also be the starting time for the rain date if it is necessary.
