Quincy Raceways to be Revisited by the O’Reilly Midwest All Star Series

CAMARGO, IL (08-05-08) by Robert Cortum - Midwest All Star Series*

Before a near-sellout crowd, Jerrod Hull put on a display of driving
ability holding off "The Last Remaining True Outlaw" Danny Smith and the
defending Knoxville Raceway Track Champion Brian Brown to lead all 30
laps of the June 1^st event at Quincy Raceways. Due to the excitement
of the race and the fans overwhelming response, the O’Reilly Midwest All
Star Series has been invited back to the Illinois facility for 1 more
night in 2008 on September 21st.

Many of the drivers were impressed with the tracks configuration and the
hospitality they received back in June making this a benefit for
everyone involved. Fans will once again be thrilled with the “Best of
the Midwest” racing against many traveling teams and local talent.

Quincy Raceways is located in Quincy, Illinois and is primarily a Late
Model and Modified facility, however the fan base has an enormous hunger
for sprint car racing and it showed in June. Fans have voiced their
opinions about bringing back the high-horsed 410 sprinters and the
series is proud to be able to put on a display for them one more time in
2008.
