RAIN WASHES OUT RACING AT LAURENS

Officials of Laurens County Speedway were forced to cancel the Saturday night's events after a severe thunderstorm moved across the upstate effectively ending the racing program. Rain checks will be honored this Saturday night August 23, 2008.

This Saturday night Laurens County Speedway will host its Fastor Pastor Race. Local pastors from various churches will be racing to lay claim to "The Fastor Pastor" title. Double Points will also be awarded in all divisions. Infield gates open at 5:00 pm with grandstand gates opening at 6:00 pm and racing at 8:00 pm.
