National Speed Sport News Presents DIRTVision.com Cybercast From 55th Annual Gold Cup Race of Champions



CONCORD, N.C. — Sept. 3, 2008 — DIRTVision.com is excited to announce National Speed Sport News will present the three-night Cybercast from the 55th Annual Gold Cup Race of Champions Thursday through Saturday at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, Calif.



The expanded Cybercast will feature the “Voice of the Outlaws” Johnny Gibson calling the action while Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series on SPEED broadcaster Bobby Gerould handles interviews and breaking news from the pits. All three nights from the high-banked, quarter-mile oval will feature a live streaming Cybercast at DIRTVision.com as well as live audio on the Dirt Radio Network.

More than 100 cars featuring the world’s greatest Sprint Car racers are expected to compete for the $50,000 top prize in one of the sport’s crown jewel events. On Thursday and Friday, the Cybercast will begin approximately 6:15 p.m. Pacific (9:15 p.m. Eastern) with time trials scheduled to roll off about 15 minutes later. On Saturday, the Cybercast will begin about 6:45 p.m. Pacific (9:45 p.m. Eastern), with racing slated to begin at 7 p.m. Pacific.

The Cybercast utilizes Windows Media Player 9 or higher, and Mac users might need Flip 4 Mac.
