RAIN STOPS URC SATURDAY NIGHT AT DELAWARE INTERNATIONAL
Rain has certainly not be a friend to URC and the Delaware International
Speedway in 2008, and once again, bad weather will stop the show
Saturday night. With rain falling throughout the state and a forecast
of extreme bad weather approaching, Delaware International Speedway
Promoter Charlie Cathell has cancelled the URC racing event tonight.
URC has one more show on the schedule at Delaware International and that
date is Saturday, September 20.
Looking ahead to next week, the Rislone URC Sprint Series will head to
the Orange County Fair Speedway in Middletown, NY. For URC, this is
their one and only visit to Orange County in 2008.
