RAIN FORCES RESCHEDULING AGAIN AT PENN CAN SPEEDWAY
Susquehanna, PA…Penn Can Speedway in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania fell victim to the weather again today when speedway officials were forced to reschedule the King of the Can Special to Friday October 3rd. This program will include all division originally scheduled to be in competition.
“We are having a difficult time getting this race in the books,” states Reed Miller. “This is the second time we have had to reschedule. Hopefully the weather will cooperate next Friday.”
“If the King races next Friday are anything like the modified and sportsman show last week, the fans are in for a treat,” explains Al Wilcox.
This night will feature a big late model event paying the winner a minimum of $1100. Also on the card will be the King of the Can events for super stocks, pure stocks, and 4 cylinder stocks. Each event will have extra money on the line and extra laps as well. Lap money is also available for these races.
