Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series Preview: Hollywood Hill Speedway

San Felipe Pueblo, NM- October 8, 2008-With the season winding down, the Advance
Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series makes their final trip of season west,
beginning this weekend with a return to Hollywood Hills Speedway in San Felipe
Pueblo, New Mexico for the first time since 2003. The series has competed a total of
seven times at the semi-banked 3/8-mile dating back to 2002. Full racing programs
will be in store on Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12.

Three drivers currently competing full-time with the series have raced in all seven
of those events, led by 20-time series champion Steve Kinser who has won every
single race the World of Outlaws have contested at Hollywood Hills Speedway. Donny
Schatz and Joey Saldana have also made seven starts at the track.

Kinser, the 20-time World of Outlaws champion looks to extend his winning streak at
Hollywood Hills Speedway to eight races. He has won a total of seven times at the
track in A-Feature events and preliminary features during the 2002 and 2003 seasons.
He won his first race in the state of New Mexico in 1978. He has 11 career wins in
15 starts in the state. The native of Bloomington, Indiana has won six times this
season and is currently fourth in points, just eight points out of third.

Schatz, the two-time defending series champion, also has made seven starts at
Hollywood Hills Speedway in his career. He has five Top-10 finishes at the
state-of-the art facility, including a podium finish in his last start there in
2003. The North Dakota native leads the World of Outlaws with 15 A-Feature wins this
season as he closes in on his third consecutive series title. He has 54 Top-10
finishes in 57 A-Feature events in 2008.

Jason Meyers, who is currently second in points, finished seventh in his only start
at Hollywood Hills in 2003. He most recently raced in New Mexico in 2006, finishing
second. He has won a total of nine races this season, with eight of those being
A-Feature contests. He currently leads the series with 44 Top-Five finishes this
season as he chases his first series title. The California native also tops the
leader board in fast time honors in qualifying, as well as laps led.

Joey Saldana has five Top-10 finishes in his career at Hollywood Hills Speedway. The
second generation driver is currently third in the World of Outlaws championship
standings and has won five times. He has 42 Top-10 finishes, with 30 of those being
Top-Fives. He has won twice this season on 3/8-mile tracks.

Craig Dollansky, who is fifth in points, will miss the event as he continues to
recover from a compound fracture to his right arm sustained at Eldora Speedway on
September 19.

Jac Haudenschild, who has won four times this season, has five career Top-10
finishes at Hollywood Hills Speedway. He finished third and sixth in his most recent
two starts at the track in 2003. He is currently sixth in points on the strength of
43 Top-10 finishes.

Kerry Madsen, the reigning Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year, will be making his
debut in the state of New Mexico this weekend. The native of St. Mary's, NSW,
Australia is seventh in points this season and has racked up 35 Top-10 finishes as
he closes in on his first win of the season.

Chad Kemenah, who was the 2006 Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year, has raced twice in
his career in New Mexico with the All Star Circuit of Champions and finished second
and seventh in those events. He is currently eighth in points on the strength of 35
Top-10 finishes, just 12 markers behind Kerry Madsen as they battle for the seventh
spot in the standings.

Terry McCarl will be making his debut at Hollywood Hills this weekend. He has two
career starts in the state of New Mexico, with those coming in 1996 and 1999. He
recently won his first race of the season and has picked up seven consecutive Top-10
finishes, including three straight Top-Fives. He has been one of the most consistent
drivers over the last month and a half.

Daryn Pittman has competed in five events at Hollywood Hills Speedway in his career.
The native of Owasso, Oklahoma has won four times this season, including on a
3/8-mile track at Wilmot Speedway in Wisconsin. He is currently 10th in points.

Kraig Kinser, the 2004 Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year, finished third in his last
visit to Hollywood Hills in 2003. He won his second race of the season last weekend
at North Central Speedway in Minnesota and recently moved into the 11th spot in
points, on the strength of 17 Top-10 finishes.

Sam Hafertepe Jr., who continues his sophomore season with the World of Outlaws, has
competed twice in his career at Hollywood Hills. He recently won his first Crane
Cams Dash of the season to earn a pole position. He has 16 Top-10 finishes this
season as he chases his first career World of Outlaws win.

Jason Sides has three Top-Five finishes in three career start at the track,
including a runner-up finish. He made all three of those starts in 2003. He has 16
Top-10 finishes this season as he closes in on his first win of the campaign.

Tony Bruce Jr. and Chad Hillier, who both continue their second full seasons with
the World of Outlaws, will be making their debuts at Hollywood Hills. Bruce won
earlier this season on a 3/8-
mile track at 34 Raceway in Iowa, while Hillier has five Top-10 finishes as he
continues his sophomore season on the road.

Lucas Wolfe, the leading contender for the Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year Award,
this season has raced once in New Mexico during his career. He has eight Top-10
finishes this season including a runner-up finish last Friday night at North Central
Speedway in Minnesota.

Paul McMahan finished eighth in his only start at Hollywood Hills in 2003. The
veteran driver has 16 Top-10 finishes this season as he looks for his first win
behind the wheel of the familiar No. 6 for car owner Lonnie Parsons.

Brooke Tatnell, who continues to fill in for the injured Craig Dollansky has two
career starts at Hollywood Hills Speedway and won one of those and finished second
in the other back in 2004 with the NCRA (National Championship Racing Association).
He has a couple of Top-10 finishes this season filling in for Dollansky.

What to look for at Hollywood Hills Speedway:
*Steve Kinser is undefeated at the semi-banked 3/8-mile, taking the checkered flag
first in all seven of the previous World of Outlaws races at the track, with four of
those being A-Feature wins and three preliminary feature victories. He currently has
549 career A-Feature wins, including 11 in the state of New Mexico.

*Donny Schatz, who is closing in on his third consecutive World of Outlaws title has
competed seven times in his career at Hollywood Hills Speedway, picking up five
Top-10 finishes He leads the series with 15 wins this season.

*Joey Saldana has also competed in all seven World of Outlaws events at the track,
picking up five Top-10 finishes as well. He has won five times this season.

*Jason Meyers continues to chase his first series title and is 123 points behind
Donny Schatz with seven races remaining. He has one career Top-10 finish at
Hollywood Hills Speedway. He currently leads the series in laps led, fast time
honors in qualifying and Top-Five finishes.

*Jason Sides has three Top-Five finishes in the same number of starts in his career
at Hollywood Hills. He was second in his most recent start at the track.

*Brooke Tatnell, who is filling in for the injured Craig Dollansky won in 2004 at
Hollywood Hills with the NCRA (National Championship Racing Association).
