ULMS Late Model Action Invades Tri-City Speedway On Sunday, May 31st

Franklin , PA – May 27, 2009-- H&H Motorsports presents the second installment of exciting ULMS Late Model Excitement on Sunday, May 31st. In addition the Welding Technologies/Shaw Industries sponsored E-Series kicks off as the RPM Auto Sales/Shawgo Real Estate E-Mods compete in a 20-lap feature event paying $ to win. A complete program for the 4-Your Car Connection FASTRAK Late Models, EF Rodgers Plumbing and Heating Pro-Stocks and the Klapec Auto Body Thundercars will complete the evening’s racing action.



“The Titusville Terror” Robbie Blair was the victor when the ULMS made their first ever appearance at the Venango County oval on May 3rd and he will undoubtedly be looking to make it “Two In A Row.”



Bob Close, the current ULMS Series Points Leader, is coming off of $3,000 victory at the Little Valley Speedway and will be looking for another ULMS victory. Warren , PA driver Ron Davies led the early laps of the May 3rd event before mechanical problems sidelined him and he is expected to be in competition again this Sunday. In addition Late Models stars such as Dave Hess, Jr., Brent Rhebergen, Matt Lux, Jared Miley and Darrell Bossard are also expected to be in attendance.





Late Model drivers are reminded that Raceivers and transponders are mandatory at Tri-City Speedway.



The Welding Technologies/Shaw Industries E-Series for the E-Mods will kick off this Sunday. The drivers will battle for 20 exciting laps with the winner receiving $500.00. Defending E-Series Champion Mike Potosky rebounded from a bad accident at the Speedway ’s opener captured his first feature win of the season on Sunday, May 24th. Potosky will undoubtedly be looking for his second Tri-city checkered flag this week.



Potosky will face stiff challenges from drivers such as Dave Hess, Jr., Shawn Shingledecker, Carl McKinney and Ron Roncaglione.





The evening’s racing action will also include a complete program for the 4-You Car Connection FASTRAK Late Models, the EF Rodgers Plumbing and Heating Pro-Stocks and the Klapec Auto Body Thundercars.



Adult Grandstand Admission for ages 14 and older is a “Fan Friendly” $11.00. Grandstand Admission Gates open at 4:00PM with racing action at 6:00PM .
