As a fan, Tony made my day. Canandaigua 2x Smokin good time for us in the finger lakes. No rain :no You are out of your mind!!! Joey blocked for the lead with a few laps to go! Everyone was blocking that was up front! It's not like he was blocking for tenth! Tony would've done the same thing! I like tony alot espcially on dirt but he can be a real BABY SOMETIMES!!
Nick Austin
Kudos to Stewart for speaking his mind, but I don`t see why he should be so upset . They ALL do it!
TL97x
I am a big Tony Stewart fan, but I see it both ways. 1) I understand Joey blocking for the lead, and yes Tony has done it in the past, but he was blocking ALL day, last time I checked that is not racing. 2) You gotta love Tony for not sugar coating it and telling the media how he actually felt, and showing Logano that he wasn't happy. I don't think you can call him a big baby for doing that - I would understand it though he just went back to his hauler and bitched about him behind his back. Either way, Martinsville will be interesting... Hope Denny Hamlin is alright - tough hit.
leroy
I don't really even see it as blocking. Joey is in front of Smoke on the restart. Smoke goes down below the white line trying to pass. Joey just barely gets a wheel below the line if he even gets below the line at all. All that with Smoke lifting Joey's tires off the ground. I appreciate the fact that Smoke is a hell of a race car driver. And that he has the appreciation for dirt tracks as well as races several dirt tracks a year. But he always has had the attitude of a great BIG baby. Do they call him SMOKE because he is a hott head?
Spanky6918
Ask Tony about blocking at Dega we all know how that worked out
TL97x
How can you call someone a "big baby" that confronts the guy who pissed him off? It happens at all our short tracks every Friday, Saturday & Sunday night! Does that mean Jimmy Phelps was a being a "big baby" in the 200?
OldTimeRacer
Get rid of the big rear spoilers, front air dam, mirrors, radios and spotters...go back to the forgotten rule "if they aren't to your door, they haven't got the spot"...50 MPH less would be better racing
Towman
I believe what Joey did to Tony was Racing BUT what he did to Denny was for sure intentional and he should have been in the BIG TRAILER for that!!!!!!!
Casper60
There is a difference in blocking, and totally screwing up a restart, then blocking. Joey stepped on his PP on the restart and could have caused a bigger problem doing what he did.
dan dan
im just hoping someone has the cameras rolling when stewart gets ahold of logano with out his crew guys around to fight for him. i agree with him when he said nascar said have at it boys, it should be when the first person hits the ground its done and over.
ferg3298
Stewart is just a big fat cry baby. He has blocked his whole career and when someone does it to him, he crys all over the television radio air waves. Logano would probably knocked Stewart on his fat ass. I would not go across the street to watch him race.
PatsJags14
It's one thing to block but Joey almost ran him through the commitment cone, Stewart said it right
Sunny
Like him or love him, he sure get s a lot of press! Glad to have him race twice at my favorite track.. And on dirt, not asphalt!

This time seemed to correspond with the time it took for Tony and Danica's teams(including one guy the size of a sasquatch) to arrive on the scene to back him up. Custom Bob
Just a good example of the Pot calling the Kettle Black. For a minute I thought Danica was going to stop and help Tony fight the fight. lol It definately made the usual California borefest race a more interesting race. WWE / Nascrap is Loving this BS. There getting a ton of publicity off of it. This is why I like the NHRA. The biggest thing drivers get mad about there is a staging duel. skierpilot
What a punk Stewart is. I thought that he had come to terms with his anger problems over the years. He can give it, but can't take it. Blocking goes on all of the time. He's got some real issues that he never addressed or refuses to. He needs to get some help here. He is not a happy person. scottnorwood
I used to think the only guys in Tony's weight class was Jimmy Spencer...but after seeing Tony waddle around yesterday it looks like he ate Jimmy Spencer
JMB
That was the reponse of a bunch of us on another board yesterday. We were amazed(I am not sure why)that Tony looked to have put on a lot more weight during the off season.

Stewart still needs to go around him, not through him. There does happen to be another line of cars to the outside that are racing as well.
