ULMS Super Late Models Join BIg Diamond Card

MINERSVILLE, PA-The Jay’s Automotive ULMS Super Late Model series will make its one and only visit of the season to Schuylkill County on Friday night, June 2nd, when they invade Big Diamond Speedway. Last season saw Greg Satterlee take the win over Tyler Hensley and Jared Miley. Friday night the ULMS teams will race 30 laps for a first-place prize of $3,500. The swift and powerful Super Late’s will bring their exciting brand of racing to Big Diamond Speedway led by rookie of the year contender and current points leader Tyler Emory out of King George, VA. Emory leads Jacob Hawkins and another rookie contender Ryan Montgomery in the race for the 2023 title. Central PA Drivers Dylan Yoder, Dan Stone, Andrew Yoder and a host of others are expected to join the ULMS regulars when they invade the Minersville, PA dirt oval.

Joining the late models on Friday night will be the Quandel Concrete 358 Modifieds led by current points leader and last week’s winner Brett Kressley. Kressley has been on quite a tear the last five races finishing no worse than third including two wins.

The USS Achey Crate 602 Sportsman division is heating up led by teenager Logan Watt who leads veteran Jordan Henn by a mere 17 points. Veteran driver Mike Loney is the latest driver to visit victory lane in the crate division when he won this past Friday night. The USS Achey Crate 602 division is highly competitive, producing many different winners.

It will be race number eight for the Big Creek Concrete Crate 602 Rookie class. Last Friday night saw Bryce Bashore pick up his second win of the year holding off Brady Shea for the win. It is easy to see how much improvement these drivers make each week.

Also, on tap for Friday night will be the Red White and Blue Autos Roadrunners. This season has been the Alex Schoffstall and Chuck Fayash show as they battle each Friday for division supremacy.
