On this beautiful first day of spring, good news was announced by Rick Young as we learn that the young Ontario driver Gage Morin will be back to competition in 2021. Gage’s friend Rick Young was in the garage for immortalize it all there.
He will return to competition after a 3-year hiatus. He will be in a car belonging to brothers Raymond and Jacques Laverne as well as Cliff Merpaw. The group of owners has purchased an old Grinder Jean-François Corriveau car that will be powered by a Wegner W-16 engine. This is excellent news for clay races since Gage Morin is one of the very fast young drivers who are part of the sport’s next generation. Another talented competitor for Cornwall.
