October 15-16 will see the speedway light up and it will be a great race weekend. The best
358 Modified drivers in the country are slated to race this event. It will be the race of the year at the Brockville Ontario Speedway. Drivers like David Herbert, Steve Bernier, with track Champion Ryan Arbuthnot and local racer Kyle Dingwall will battle it out for the coveted win.
The recent big news is that Danny O Brian announced he would come out of retirement for this event. O’Brian has teamed up with Slack Racing to challenge for the win at Brockville Ontario Speedway’s King Edward Auto Parts/ Dirt Outlaw Apparel Fall Nationals.
O’Brien, who retired from full-time racing at the end of the 2018 season at the BOS, has been racing a few local events getting prepared for his challenge at the BOS. Last week at the annual Applesfest Weekend, O’Brian parked the number 3 car in victory lane. If all goes as planned, Danny will return to his home track for this special event, held each year. Danny would love nothing better to get this notch on his belt that has eluded the Kingston, Ontario, driver since it began back in 2008. He was one win short of his hundredth win at the BOS when he retired.
A great weekend of racing is just days away. Mark your calendars for Friday, October 15-16 for the best racing North of the border.
