Best Deal of 2018? It is this Sunday at Cornwall Motor Speedway

CORNWALL, ONT – Fans that are looking for a deal will be pleased to hear what Cornwall Motor Speedway will offer this coming Sunday, June 10th! With Mother Nature forcing promoter Raymond Lavergne to end his June 3rd program prematurely with 3 features still to be completed. The remainder of the program has been postponed to this Sunday with a total of 7 features in total to be run! BDO will sponsor this busy night of racing.

The Polar Sound DJ Services Modified, Next Level Home Improvement Sportsman and Alexandria Home Hardware Pro-Stock will run double features, as the June 3rd postponed event will start the night and then the scheduled program for June 10 will start. Meaning that the Modifieds will have 2 X 30 laps, Sportsman and Pro-Stock will get 2 X 25 laps and the Tracy Wheeler Assist2Sell Mini-Stock will race their regular 15-lap event.

Having double feature in three divisions will change the look of the points championships as Carey Terrance (Modifieds), Shane Pecore (Sportsman), Jocelyn Roy (Pro-Stock) and Karl Potvin (Mini-Stock), are currently holding their way!

Because of a busy evening of racing, promoter Lavergne decided to start 30 minutes earlier to finish the night in a timely fashion. With threat of rain during the last two Sundays, the officials and drivers got some good practice in rushing the show.

The pit gate will open at 3pm access price at 25$; general admission will be opening at 4:30pm with entry prices set at 13$ for adults, 10$ for seniors 65 years and plus and kids 16 years and under can enter for 2$. Heat races are scheduled to start at 6pm.

At this price and with the amount of racing that will be done during the evening it will definitely be the best bargain of 2018 at Cornwall!
