ROSSBURG, OH – Bobby Pierce has been dominant so far in preliminary race action at the Eldora Speedway for the 53rd Annual World 100 and after his win on Friday night he secured his position as the top points man, earning the right to spin the “Wheel of Misfortune.”
Both Matt Sheppard and Tim McCreadie benefited from Pierce spinning a 6 on the wheel, meaning the top 6 cars in each heat will be inverted based on points. That puts “Super” Matt on the pole of heat 2 while McCreadie will start inside the 2nd row of his heat race.
With three cars transferring to the A-Main both have been put in a solid position to capitalize and earn starting spots in the feature event.
