DirtTrackDigest.tv to Broadcast Short Track Super Series Events in 2019

BREWERTON, NY – Dirt Track Digest and the Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series Fueled by Sunoco have agreed to a partnership for the 2019 season. The new agreement means DirtTrackDigest.tv will be the exclusive supplier of live video coverage of every Short Track Super Series event for the upcoming season.

DirtTrackDigest.tv began in 2017 with coverage of weekly events at the Utica-Rome Speedway. Rapid expansion occurred last year with the broadcast of nearly 80 events in 2018. The goal is to push that number be even higher in 2019 with the addition of the Short Track Super Series to the line-up. Also included in the agreement are non-series events at both the Georgetown Speedway and the Fonda Speedway.

Dirt Track Digest is the perfect partner to go with our series,” stated Short Track Super Series Promoter Brett Deyo. “They are one of the premier media outlets in the Northeast and their coverage is at the top when it comes to Modified racing. I’m excited to be able to partner with them for the 2019 season.”

The new partnership will kick-off on Friday, March 15 at the Georgetown Speedway as part of Melvin Joseph Memorial Weekend. The small-block Modifieds will race 30 laps for $4,049. Also scheduled on that night is the RUSH Late Models, Delmarva Chargers and the Delaware Super Trucks.




The following day, March 16, is the opening round of the Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series (STSS) Fueled By Sunoco Velocita-USA South Region opener for the Modifieds. They’ll race in a 49 lap, $6,949 to win event along with the STSS Sportsman, Delaware Vintage Stock Cars, Little Lincolns, Delmarva Chargers and Delaware Super Trucks.

The Halmar International North Region kicks off on Sunday, April 7 with the Hard Clay Open at the Orange County Fair Speedway.

Included in the agreement are several DirtTrackDigest.tv Live events. These events will feature FREE pre and post-race broadcast from the event on the Dirt Track Digest Facebook page. Hosts Chris Marquart and Mike Mallett will offer information about the event, recaps as well as interviews with the drivers of the Short Track Super Series. The duo will kick-off the series on March 16 at the Georgetown Speedway for the South Region with a shows also planned for the Hard Clay Open on April 7.
