BREWERTON, NY – The Dirt Track Digest ISCA Modified iRacing Series presented by Billy Whittaker Cars and Trux is ready to resume this Wednesday night, January 6, with a double header of racing action.
Racing begins at a special start time of 7:30pm as the series shifts to the virtual Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pa., before a brief intermission in order to move the series over to the Weedsport Speedway. Both events will be broadcast live and for free on the Dirt Track Digest Facebook page and on DirtTrackDigest.tv. Those looking to watch on DTD TV just need to have a valid account. You may register for a FREE account with an email address.
Like the season opener at Volusia, Lernerville is slated for three 20-lap Integra Racing Shocks and Springs Qualifiers with the top eight drivers moving on to a 40-lap main event. Weedsport’s program is identical with three 20-lappers before a 40-lap main-event.
In the season opener, Nick Cooper took home the top prize after a dogfight with fellow pro iRacer Tyler Ducharme. These two drivers sit atop the current point standings. Bryce Bailey finished in third with Quinn Wallis and Orange County Fair Speedway regular Anthony Perrego rounding out the top five. They are also the top five in the point standings after the first round.
