2018 Season Tickets and Pit Passes now available – Open House December 16th perfect opportunity for last minute gift ideas

THOROLD, ONT – Just in time for Holiday Shopping – Merrittville Speedway’s 2018 Grandstand Season Tickets, Driver VIP and Pit Season Passes are now available from the Speedway Office during regular business hours.

“For convenience … we’ll be hosting a perfect opportunity for gift ideas during our Christmas Open House Saturday December 16th from 10 AM to 2 PM,” said (Merrittville Owner) Don Spiece, “we also have a limited supply of children’s Hoodies as well as Hats and Jackets too.”

General Admission Grandstand Season Tickets for Adults are $265.00 and Youth from 13 to 18 and Seniors 60 are $245.00 while Reserved Grandstand Season Tickets are $295.00 and $265.00 respectively. Cash, Debit and Credit are accepted.

“With a Season Ticket … race fans are sure to enjoy some old favorites and new twists from start to finish at the same rates as last season,” added Spiece.”

Bobcat of Hamilton Weekly Racing Series Race Teams will have streamlined options once again for the coming season – including the Driver VIP Passes that were launched last season. The cost for all drivers is $250.00.




“To use the new Driver VIP Pass – you must have your car in the pit area and compete on that given night,” revealed Spiece, “if there is a night between April 28th and September 1st that your division is not on the schedule … you can still use it for admission … Driver VIP Passes will only be available until March 1st.” Driver VIP Passes are valid between April 28th and September 1st.”

Pit Season Passes are also available for $375.00 (savings of over $300) until March 1st when it becomes $450.00.

For Drivers to be eligible for season ending awards and point monies, drivers must have maintained attendance of 75% or greater in 2018.

4 Cylinders, Modified Lites and Hoosier Stocks are not required to hold a Driver VIP Pass or Pit Season Pass to collect points, but must have at least 75% attendance in 2018 to receive point fund monies and any other awards at the end of the season.
