THOROLD, ONT – Baron Roofing and Siding will open the 2018 Hardys Racing Triple Crown Series Saturday May 12th for the Central Fabricating & Welding 4 Cylinder Division in addition to a Display and Demonstration from Tuesday Night Kart Racers.

Since the new schedules have been released, the Triple Crown Series Events will have more on the line for the 4 Cylinders with the three dates also becoming Merrittville’s Insta-Panels Duel on the Dirt Series Events.

“When it comes to the 4 Cylinders,” said Merrittville’s Don Spiece, “with several different manufacturers in the field every night it creates quite the rivalry between drivers in the three race Hardys Racing Triple Crown away from the season long points and with the addition of the Duel on the Dirt – you won’t want to miss out.”

Looking back on the 2017 Edition of the Triple Crown Series – Tony Kelly of Niagara Falls swept both the Triple Crown and the Season long points. Kelly’s son Anthony, A former Tuesday Night Kart Racer is now behind the wheel of the 12 and placed a strong second in the Peter’s Excavating Season Opener.

“The idea of sponsoring the series to me is to give back to the sport” said Cole Hardy, 23 of Welland, “I am pretty excited to see who will be crowned the first Hardys Racing Triple Crown Series Champion.”

”For the 2018, Hardy will compete Saturday Nights all season long at Merrittville including the Hardys Racing Triple Crown Series & Sunday Nights at Humberstone where he is the defending champion in his 7c Mini Stock.
