RANSOMVILLE, NY- It started out as a discussion during the Syracuse Motorsports Expo in mid-March and it then became a reality. The idea of having a Ransomville TikTok was brought up to speedway management from Miss Ransomville Kelli Wilkesmore and when the go ahead was given, the first TikTok was made.
“We were quite impressed by the numbers that the first TikTok had in terms of views,” stated Director of Public and Media Relations and track announcer Steven Petty. “With having TikTok, the track can be engaging to our younger race fans to give them content that they might not see at the track on a regular race night or what gets posted on our social media outlets,” Petty continued. Content on the track’s TikTok will be made throughout the season, highlighting the action both on the track and behind the scenes on both Thursday and Friday nights. Ransomville Speedway is active on social media with daily posts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Racing at the Big R has been streamed throughout the world on DirtTrackDigest.TV as well as select races on both FloRacing and DIRTVision.
