SUSQUEHANNA, PA – Some time it’s hard to think of ways to say thank you. Penn Can Speedway promoter, Doug Borger, will have over 10,000 ways. Fan Appreciation night is this Friday June 30th and big ideas are on the horizon. You must save your paid grandstand admission ticket to be eligible for the raffles.
Pocono Speedway knows it is all about the fans and has stepped up to the plate. You will need something to wear on your adventures. Steve Wilkos and his producers sent in a set of signed pictures and t-shirts. 2 lucky people will bring them home on Friday.
You can sit by the fire and enjoy your $20.00 Dunkin Donut gift card donated by Chip and Donna Deihl. Heck, you could even win more with the $20.00 worth of lottery tickets donated by Hunter Deihl. Don’t worry, if cooking is your thing, an anonymous donor gave a 13 piece Cuisinart pot and pan set worth $200.
During intermission, the race cars will be parked on the front stretch for fan appreciation night. You never know what the drivers and their teams will come up with.
Doug Borger talked of the night and what it means to the fans. “There is nothing better than watching kids with the drivers. You might even see an adult getting overwhelmed. This is the night for us to say thank you for the support every Friday. I know the drivers look forward to seeing the fans and giving them some insight on a race night. Donna Deihl did a great job putting the giveaways together. We will be raffling off over $10,000 worth of merchandise. I would say that is a great night for the fans at Penn can Speedway.”
