Dirt Track Digest TV to Broadcast Turkey Derby XLVII Tour Mod Event on March 27

BREWERTON, NY – For the first time ever, Dirt Track Digest TV is heading to the Garden State for an event at Wall Stadium Speedway.  The historic Jersey Shore oval is slated to make-up the 2020 edition of Turkey Derby XLVIII on Saturday, March 27th and the DTD TV cameras will be there to cover all the action.

Featuring some of the best in asphalt Modified racing, Turkey Derby always brings the stars of the division to the speedway.  Some notable past winners include New Jersey legend Jimmy Blewett, former Race of Champion Series title holder Matt Hirschman along with current NASCAR Cup Series regular Ryan Preece.

A large field is expected with this event officially kicking off the 2021 asphalt Modified season.  Entries are expected to include the best of the best from all over New England as they look to get the 2021 season off on a high-note.

Saturday’s program features a full program for the TQ Midgets, Limited Late Models and the 150-lap feature for the Tour Type Modifieds with $6,000 going to the winner of the main.  Qualifying action begins at noon with feature action slated for 3pm.
