Monday Madness at the Big R Set for Monday, June 26

RANSOMVILLE, NY – In efforts to make up the race that was canceled on Friday, May 19, the Ransomville Speedway will be racing on Monday night, June 26th. The Monday Madness event will feature a full card of Krown Undercoating 358 Modifieds, Investors Service Sportsman, KiPo Chevrolet Street Stocks, Gippster’s Collision 4 Bangers, and the Stevenson’s Hardware Novice Sportsman.

“We appreciate everyone’s patience and willingness to make a weekday show happen” commented Ransomville Speedway General Manager Jenn Martin. “We do not want Season Ticket holders, as well as our fans and drivers, missing any shows that we can help so we will see everyone on Monday, June 26th,” Martin said. A special at the concession stand that night will be $1.00 hot dogs!

Due to the rained out go-kart event scheduled for Thursday, May 25, the makeup date for the go-kart program will be Monday, July 10th. “Just like the stock cars, we do not want to lose a show for the kids so we will have a “Monday Madness” race for them on Monday, July 10th” offered Ransomville Speedway Public Relations Director Steven Petty.

Racing will resume at the Big R on Friday, June 2nd as A-Verdi Storage Containers and Johnston’s Restaurant presents the Patriot Sprint Tour plus double features for the Investors Service Sportsman. Joining the Patriot Sprints and the Sportsman will be the KiPo Chevrolet Street Stocks, Gippsters Collision 4 Bangers, and Stevenson’s Hardware Novice Sportsman. Gates will swing open in the pits at 5:00 pm with grandstands opening at 6:00 pm with racing action starting at 7:15 pm.
