Woodhull to Open Up Month with Modifieds and Crate Sportsman Special

WOODHULL, NY – The Woodhull Raceway will open the Merry Month of May in a big way as the participating NAPA Parts Stores sponsored 602 Crate Sportsman Division will run a special 30 lap feature event.  NAPA Stores include Addison, Bath, Corning, Hornell, Lawrenceville and Wellsville.

It might not necessarily rate up there with the Kentucky Derby, all its splendor, women’s fancy hats and mint julips, however the NAPA Crate Sportsman at Woodhull provide plenty of action week in and week out and on Saturday, May 1, 2021 the one thing that Woodhull will share with the Derby is they all do it in the dirt!

Also, on the Great 8 card the Mighty Insinger Performance Modifieds will be there along with the Cummings Trucking RUSH Late Models and the Joe Willcox Performance Street Stocks.  In addition, the Big Jim’s Wicked Tee’s 4 Cylinder Rear Wheel Drive Mini Stocks, the Woodhull Auto Parts Hobby Stocks, as well as the Johnson Auto Supply Front Wheel Drive’s and the Big Jim’s Wicked Tee’s Youth Warrior Divisions will see action.  Except for the 30-lap special event for the NAPA Crate Sportsman, all other classes will run their regularly scheduled feature events. 

Throughout the night there will be a Bed Sheet Banner Contest with all the details to be posted prior to the event on the tracks Facebook.
